As the co-host of NBC’s “Today,” Matt Lauer once gave a colleague a sex toy as a present. It included an explicit note about how he wanted to use it on her, which left her mortified. Matt Lauer allegedly sexually assaulted a female NBC staffer during the Sochi Winter Olympics in 2014. An NBC insider told Page Six Lauer’s alleged victim complained to HR on Monday: “This happened so quickly. Indiana ‘Night Nurse’ whose tweet about white women sparked investigation ‘no longer’ with hospital

Taiyesha Baker, a nurse at Indiana University Health, allegedly posted a tweet Friday saying that white women are raising sons who are "rapists," "racists" and "killers." “Every white woman raises a detriment to society when they raise a son. Someone with the HIGHEST propensity to be a terrorist, rapist, racist, killer, and domestic violence all star. Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch sat during most of U.S. anthem and stood for the Mexican anthem before their game against the Patriots at Azteca Stadium in Mexico City. NFL announces ‘no change’ in national-anthem policy in face of Veterans Day boycotts

The NFL announced Saturday there has been “no change” in its national-anthem policy despite a Veterans Day campaign to boycott Sunday’s games over the take-a-knee protests. The NFL has seen its television viewership decline this season, with telecasts down 5 percent during the first half of the season compared with last season, according to Nielsen data obtained by the Sporting News.  More…

Yahoo’s CEO testimony: Must have been Russians who hacked us

Former Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer admitted on Capitol Hill Wednesday that the Silicon Valley giant still doesn’t understand how hackers managed to compromise the information of billions of Yahoo users. California Drops Felony Charge for Those Who Knowingly Transmit HIV to Partners

Starting Jan. 1, it will no longer be a felony in California to knowingly expose a sexual partner to HIV with the intention of spreading the virus. California Gov. Jerry Brown (D.) signed the legislation last Friday to lower the offense to a misdemeanor.  More…
